We used the sections for three game consoles, plus one for an HDMI splitter device that allowed them all to connect to our TV at once via one cable.

It's because this unit can be installed on the wall as floating shelves, I think (as an alternate way to install it, I mean). We did buy this in person at the store and it was a little bit odd having to go find the legs for the BESTA in a separate area from the TV unit, but we did figure it out quickly enough. I am not a very strong person, so that should give you an idea of how easy it is to assemble. Sturdy, useful, easy to assemble sejhammer I built this by myself even though the instructions indicated it's a two person job.
